Pista lassi

Pista Lassi or Pistachio Lassi is an easy, rich and delicious lassi made with yogurt, pistachios, kewar essence and simple syrup. A great drink for iftar. It cools the body, soothes the heart and fills the tummy!

Ingredient

Cooking time :

5-10minutes
1/2 teaspoon

kewar essence

2 tbsp.

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Coarsely chop the pistachios in a blender. Reserve some for garnish.

* Step 2

Add remaining ingredients, except ice cubes, and blend till smooth and frothy.

* Step 3

Add ice cubes to a glass and pour the lassi.

* Step 4

Garnish with reserved chopped pistachios.
