Olive tapenadae with crackers

This briny, robust black olive spread is great as an appetizer or hors d'oeuvres with crackers. It can also be used to jazz up a sandwich or as a topping for grilled chicken.

Ingredient

garlic, minced

1 tbsp.

lemon juice

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a food processor bowl add all the ingredients, except crackers.

* Step 2

Pulse for about 10 minutes, scrapping down the sides. Pulse 5-10 minutes until well chopped, but not pureed.

* Step 3

Place crackers on a plate and spoon about ½ teaspoon of the tapenade on the crackers.

* Step 4

Garnish with parsley/cilantro leaf and serve.
