Hot sauce chicken sandwich

Hot Sauce Chicken Sandwich is a spicy and tangy and a healthy alternative to any fast food version.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl add the chicken, paprika, garlic powder and salt. Mix well to coat the chicken.

* Step 2

Heat oil and butter in a pan.

* Step 3

Add the chicken and cook till golden and done. Remove and set aside..

* Step 4

In same pan, add the onion and green chillies and fry till soft.

* Step 5

Add the ginger, garlic pastes and cook 1 minute.

* Step 6

Add the bell pepper and saute for 5 minutes

* Step 7

Add the chicken back to the pan, mix and cook for 5 minutes.

* Step 8

Remove and set aside.

* Step 9

In a bowl combine the mayo, cream and hot sauce of choice. Mix well.

* Step 10

Add as desired chicken and honey and mix well.

* Step 11

Heat a grill pan. Slice and butter the buns and toast.

* Step 12

On the bottom bun, place the extras (cabbage and carrots) and top with the saucy chicken. Close the bun and tie with a kitchen twine. Serve
