Cucumber,Mint and Lemon grass Koshimbir with Tulsi leaves

In Maharashtrian cuisines, the Koshimbir or salad plays a very important role. It's full of healthy vegetables, flavourful herbs and spices. It helps to balance the tastes , adds a new dimension to a meal, provides a delicious side dish for any meal and goes well with all meals. I have made this grated cucumber salad infused with Tulsi, Mint and Lemon grass. It tastes divine. #Goldenapron23 #week25 #OIN #week6 #mintandlemongrass #mint #lemomgrass #salad #cucumber #maharashtrian #marathi #minerals #vitamins #vitaminC #vitaminA
