Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, powder the biscuits to a fine powder and add the melted butter to it. Also mix the berries and sugar keep covered.
* Step 2
Then grease and line a heart shaped spring form pan and press the mixture into it. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.
* Step 3
Then keep the milk to boil on low flame. When it reaches a boil, add the cornflour mixed in equal parts cold water.
* Step 4
As the milk thickens, remove from heat, add the sugar and berries and let it cool well. Then add the melted chocolate and mix well.
* Step 5
Then pour over the biscuits mixture. Refrigerate for an 1 or 2 hours. Then whip the cream till stiff. Add icing sugar to taste and whip again.
* Step 6
Then divide into 2 colours. Pipe it on the pudding and garnish with more berries. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours. Then unlock the pan, remove the pudding on a serving plate and then serve.
