Methi cheese Sandwich
I have tried methi sandwich for the first time, and it turned delicious. It's a nutritious option for breakfast, tiffin, lunch box , ideal for all ages. Being a Nutritionist, I highly recommend it .

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, heat oil in an iron or cast iron kadhai. (it helps to absorb the iron in leafy greens).Then add cumin and when it pops, add ginger garlic paste, chillies and saute well.
* Step 2
Add salt, pepper and chaat masala. Then add methi leaves and saute on high flame for 2 to 3 minutes. Mix in peanut powder. Then cool and lemon juice and keep covered.
* Step 3
Then toast the bread slices, apply butter and then spread the filling on half of the slices. Then top with cheese. Then cover with other bread slices.
* Step 4
Toast on a hot skillet or in an electric sandwich maker. Garnish with mint leaves and roasted peanuts. Serve with green chutney and ketchup. Enjoy!
