Apple, Jaggery and Sitaphal Rabdi with Leftover Diwali Dryfruits
When Cookpad announced this unique and interesting challenge after Diwali celebration, my eyes lit up! Looking at the numerous leftover dry fruits which we got in Diwali gifts, this was a wonderful opportunity to use these healthy nuts and dry fruits and create a new recipe which will be tasty, takes very less time and is gobbled up by everyone! So I zeroed upon a delicious Rabdi recipe with Apples Custard Apple and the leftover dry fruits. For sweetness, I paired it with jaggery powder for that extra flavour and richness. This recipe is full of nutrients like proteins, minerals and vitamins. It's very good for winters. The result is amazing and so yummy! Do give it a try! #cookpadindia #apple #sitaphal #custardapple #rabdi #leftover #PC #OIN #week1 #festivals #celebration #sweet #diwali #dussehra #ugadi #gudipadwa #sankranti #holi #chilled #colddessert #refrigerator
