1 cup + 1/4 cup

Alphonso Mango chopped

2 tablespoons

Condensed milk

1/2 cup

Milk

2 tablespoons

Cornflour

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First, mix butter into the ground granola mixture. Also mix the ground biscuits. Press these into greased cupcake molds.

* Step 2

Now, blend together the mango, condensed milk, cream cheese, cheese slices, mango crush and mango essence. Chill the mixture.

* Step 3

Cook the cornflour and milk on low flame till thick. (You can cook in a Microwave too while stirring after every 30 seconds till thick) Then cool it to room temperature. Mix it in the chilled mango mixture.

* Step 4

Now pour the cheesecake mixture onto the frozen granola base. Tap well and chill for 5 to 6 hours.

Garnish with rose petals, mango pieces and mint leaves. Enjoy.
