Mango Coconut Peda
Since it's the season of the king of fruits Mango, I have made this easy , delicious Peda with it. Tastes yummy and it is ready in minutes! Healthier than store bought sweets and can be stored in fridge for a week . Can be eaten on vrat and fasting days.No artificial colours and flavours are used!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, heat a thick based pan. Add the ghee. When it heats up, slow roast the coconut for 5 to 8 minutes without letting the colour change.
* Step 2
Now, add the mango puree, sugar powder, milk powder, cardamom powder saffron threads mixed in warm milk cream and stir well. When it is combined, cook on low flame till all the mixture evaporates and you get a smooth dough like mixture.
* Step 3
Take off from heat and keep mixing for further 5 minutes.
* Step 4
When it cools down slightly, take small portions, stuff with some chopped pista and shape into mango shape. Or you can give desired shape.
* Step 5
Set in fridge for 1 to 2 hours. Then serve and enjoy!
