Crunchy Aamras
We are making Aamras( Sweetned Mango Pulp )so many times in the summer and each time feels like new. I have given a fresh and crunchy twist to aamras by mixing it with non spiced, crunchy boondi. It tastes so yummy and the combination is delightful. Try it out. You can add chopped nuts on top too! Enjoy!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, blend the mango pulp, sugar, saffron milk to a smooth and silky mixture.
* Step 2
Now add cardamom powder, chopped nuts and 1/2 cup boondi. Mix well.
* Step 3
Chill for an hour. Then add rest of the boondi. Garnish with more on top.
* Step 4
Serve and enjoy crunchy Aamras!
