Cucumber and Onion Raita for Biryani
When we make biryani, raita has to follow! It makes the biryani so much more delicious! This summer special cooling raita will help to balance the spice in the biryani and help to digest too!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, mix all the vegetables in a bowl. Whisk the curd and milk separately in another bowl till creamy.
* Step 2
Add all the spices. Mix the whipped curd. Combine well with a fork.
* Step 3
Chill till serving. Add salt and mix just before serving to avoid a watery raita.
* Step 4
Enjoy with biryani, rice, pulao, chapati etc.
