red onion

250 grams

Danish feta

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 180°F.

* Step 2

Cut and dice the tomatoes and place into bowl. Include seeds and juice.

* Step 3

Cut and finely dice red onion and combine with tomatoes.

* Step 4

Chop basil thinly and combine with onion and tomatoes in bowl.

* Step 5

Add garlic, olive oil and salt and pepper to taste.

Slice bread and coat one side with olive oil. Place in oven until golden

* Step 7

Spoon tomatoe mixture onto bread.

* Step 8

Crumble feta over tomato and bread.

* Step 9

Drizzle balsamic glaze over top and decoratively on plate.

* Step 10

Serve immediately.
