Banana Choco Chips Pancakes

With the goodness of banana , wheat and rice flour. I made them eggless and without sugar and very low fat. Try out for sure.

1.5 tablespoons

1/2 cup

Rice flour

1/2 cup

Wheat flour

2 tablespoons

Milk powder

1/4 tsp

Baking soda

2 tablespoons

Choco chips

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First, take a deep bowl and seive all the dry ingredients. Add curd, vanilla and whisk well.

Then make a smooth and lump free batter by adding warm water of pouring consistency.

Then add 1 tablespoon melted butter, mashed banana and beat well. Seive the batter to remove lumps.

Then heat a non-stick skillet or pan, Brush with melted butter. Pour 1 laddlefull batter and spread into a disk. Arrange banana slices and place choco chips on top. Pour 1/2 tsp melted butter at sides.Cover and cook for 1 minute. No need to flip as choco chips will stick to the base. d

When it has risen and cooked from bottom, remove and keep in a plate.Cover with a cloth to retain the freshness.

* Step 6

Make all the pancakes similarly. Serve with chocolate sauce on top. Pair with sweet cream or ice cream garnised with mint. Enjoy!
