Coconut Thandai

In summer, I like to add Coconut water to lots of preparations for a healthy twist. This Thandai is infused with a paste of coconut water and coconut cream. It tastes delicious!

Ingredient

Cooking time :

10 minutes
2 tablespoons

Milk powder

1 pinch

Rock salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First, keep the thandai powder ready. See the pic below for the ingredients. Light roast them and then grind them to a fine powder.

* Step 2

Then grind milk powder, coconut cream, coconut water, sugar or jaggery and thandai powder to a smooth paste. Add rock salt for extra taste.
