Coconut and it's cream give instant taste and flavour to any dish. In summer, I like to add Coconut water to lots of preparations for a healthy twist.
This Thandai is infused with a paste of coconut water and coconut cream. It tastes delicious!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, keep the thandai powder ready. See the pic below for the ingredients. Light roast them and then grind them to a fine powder.
* Step 2
Then grind milk powder, coconut cream, coconut water, sugar or jaggery and thandai powder to a smooth paste. Add rock salt for extra taste.
* Step 3
Chill in fridge till serving. To serve, pour in glasses, garnish with cherries and dessicated coconut on top and serve ! Enjoy. See more such yummy recipes with the links below:
