Carrot & Fenugreek leaves paratha

A healthy meal for kids' lunch box
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Ckean and washed the fenugreek (methi) leaves. Then Chopped them finely. Also finely chopped the garlic and green Chilli. Grate the carrot.
Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds,garlic and green Chilli. Saute for a minute then add grated carrot and chopped methi.
* Step 2
Add Chilli flakes, cumin powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder and salt.mix and cook for 2 minute to dry up the water. Add coriander leaves,mix and turn off the flame. keep aside to cool it.
* Step 3
In a mixing bowl take wheat flour,add salt,dry fenugreek leaves and 2tsp oil,mix it well then add methi carrot mixture. Mix all well and knead it with adding little water.make a smooth dough.
* Step 4
Make medium size balls from the dough. Dust some flour on rolling board. Take one ball roll it and place it on hot tawa. Cook from one side. Flip it.
* Step 5
Apply oil and cook it from both side till it turn golden. Prepared all paratha likewise. Serve with favourite dip or pickle.
