#SC3 Delicious coconut burfi is a simple sweet dish prepared at home with just few minutes with few ingredients

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take all ingredients together. Take a heavy bottom kadhai or use non-stick. add ghee when it melted add milk. Mix it.

* Step 2

Turn the flame low, slowly Add milk powder and keep stirring.when it mix well add powder sugar and desiccated coconut. Mix all very well and cook on low to medium flame for 2-3 minutes

* Step 3

When mixture started collect together add some chopped almonds and pistachios. Mix again kep stirring till the mixture leave the.pan.turm off.

* Step 4

Transfer this mixture into a greased plate or put butter paper on plate and Transfer the mixture on the plate. Sprinkle some almonds and pistachios.make cut marks with sharp knife.place the plate in refrigerator for 10-15 minutes to set it well.

* Step 5

Take out from refrigerator and apply silver paper on it.sepeate each part nicely. Serve these delicious burfi.
