Masala chhas

#SC1 Masala chaas is one of the ideal summer drink . it’s not only light and refreshing but also good for health.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and clean the green chillies,mint and coriander leaves.take all powder spices. In a blender jar add mint and coriander leaves and green chillies. Grind them coarsely.

* Step 2

Add curd and add half quantity of above powder spices. Add 1/2 cup of water and blend all together for 2-3 minutes that all ingredients combined well.

* Step 3

Transfer in a bowl.add 1/2cup cold water then add remaining spices. Mix well.pour the masala chhas in glasses. garnish with mint and coriander leaves.sprinkle a little salt and cumin powder. Served chilled.
