Sabudana vada

Sabudana vada are a traditional recipe which are the best option to have when fasting.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash 2-3 times the sabudana and soaked in water for 2-3 hours.Water level must be 1/2inch over sabudana.after that the sabudana had perfectly soaked the water.now add green chillies, coriander leaves, ginger and all powder spices. Mix well.
* Step 2
Add coarsed peanut,and boiled mashed potato.mix well.
* Step 3
Grease your palm with oil make vada from the mixture.heat oil in a pan place these vada in hot oil
Fry on low to medium flame.
* Step 4
Fry these vada from both side till they turn crisp and golden brown.transfer on absorbing paper. Serve with green chutney.
