Tomato semolina fingers

crispy crunchy semolina tomato fingers is a quick and easy snacks for evening tea .

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take tomatoes cut roughly into pieces and put them in a grinding jar to make a smooth paste. Take water in a kadhai or pan and add Chilli flakes, chat masala, salt, and oil. Let's boil the water.
* Step 2
Add tomato paste to boiling water, turn the flame low then add semolina and keep stirring. When the mixture is combined together add Kasuri methi.
* Step 3
When the mixture starts to leave the pan turn off the flame. transfer the mixture to a plate. when it is slightly cool knead with your hand and make a smooth dough. Divide the dough into equal portions. roll it on a rolling board in a rectangle shape then remove the side and make cut marks in vertical then cut into half as shown in the below pic.
* Step 4
Heat oil in a kadhai. fry these tomato fingers in hot oil on high flame until they turn crisp and golden brown. Fry all fingers and enjoy it with tea.
