It provides a number of beneficial and protective nutrients and plant compounds which have antioxidant properties. lemon juice

1/2 glass

water

cubes

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take sugar in a bowl add water and mix till the sugar dissolved. Cut the grapefruit and extract its juice.

Take a serving glass, first add grapefruit juice,then add lime juice. Mix them.
