Leftover aloo sabzi cutlets

Delicious and tasty cutlets with leftover aloo sabzi. In this I also added home made paneer its totally optional. if you don't have paneer skip it.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take aloo sabzi and mashed all the aloo. Add chopped onion,gram flour,bread crumbs and paneer. Add salt,Chilli flakes and cumin powder.mix well.
* Step 2
Make cutlets from.the aloo mixture.take a pan add 2-3 tbsp oil.when oil is medium hot place the prepared cutlets in pan and shallow fry them until.they turn golden and crisp.
* Step 3
Transfer in a plate. Fry all cutlets and serve with tomato ketchup.
