Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boiled the potatoes and cut into pieces.keep aside. Take roasted coriander seeds and dry red Chillies put both in grinding jar and grind it

* Step 2

Heat oil in a kadhai add cumin seeds,when it splutter add ginger,green chiilies and curry leaves. Saute few seconds.

* Step 3

Add turmeric powder,salt and amchur powder. Add ground masala and mix well. Cook it for 2 minutes on medium flame

* Step 4

Add potatoes.mix gently.add little water cover and cook for 3-4 minutes. Dish out and garnish with some coriander leaves. Serve with paratha or rotl.
