Garlic masala lachha paratha

The garlic masala paratha is one such easy paratha in our house. it contains the benefits of garlic and some spices and is made with whole wheat flour making it a healthy alternative to the traditional vegetable stuffed or mixed paratha for lunch and dinner.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a mixing bowl. Add flour, salt, and oil mix together gradually add water and make a soft dough. cover and keep aside for ten minutes.
* Step 2
Make medium size balls from the dough. take one ball and cover the remaining keep aside. dust a little flour and roll the balls as big disc as you can. Then apply 1 tsp ghee and sprinkle a pinch of Chilli powder and cumin powder
and spread evenly.
* Step 3
Sprinkle some chopped garlic, green chilies, and coriander leaves and spread again. dust some flour on it spread with fingers. now start creating pleats by folding with the help of fingers like shown in the picture below and folding them like a paper fan.
* Step 4
Now Roll the pleated dough in a tight circle. Join the edges add some chopped garlic and coriander leaves on top dust some flour and roll the paratha with a gentle hand.
* Step 5
Heat a Tawa place the paratha on Tawa. Turn the paratha when one side is partly cooked. You will see some air pockets and a few blisters. Apply ghee or oil on this side. Wait for the second side to cook. Then flip again after the second side is cooked and spread ghee or oil on this side and cook it for some seconds.
Flip again a couple of times, till the lachha parathas are browned evenly and well cooked.
