All time favourite simple and yummy dish for lunch or dinner.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First take boiled potatoes and mashed it well.take all ingredients together.take a heavy bottom kadhai add oil.when oil heated add cumin seeds and asafoetida saute 30 second add onion.saute until onion turns light golden
* Step 2
Add chopped tomatoes,ginger and green Chilli. Cook for 3-4 minutes on high flame.add mashed potatoes and powder spices.mix well all together.
* Step 3
Cook for 8-10 minutes on medium flame.keep stirring.when it looks brownish and started to leave the bottom of kadhai add chopped coriander leaves mix and cook for 5 minutes on high flame.turn off the flame.
* Step 4
Aloo bharta is ready.serve with roti or plane paratha
