This one is an easy and quick recipe of cutlet and not very oily.I tried it to more tasty and crispy without using much oil.so I did not deep fry them .
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First take the boiled potatoes peel and mash them.take all the spices mentioned above add with potatoes and mix well.
* Step 2
Now add 1/4 cup bread crumbs and coriander leaves with potato.mix nicely.Take a small size portion from potato mixture and make cutlet as your desired shape.prepare all cutlet and keep aside.
* Step 3
Take a kadhai or pan add oil heat it.meanwhile in a bowl add corn flour and refined flour add little salt and add little water mix them to make a slurry.take one cutlet dip into slurry and coated with bread crumbs.shallow fry all the cutlets on medium to high flame
* Step 4
Fry the cutlets until they turn crisp and golden brown.serve hot with sauce and green chutney
