Spinach paratha with multigrain flour

A healthy and full of fibrous
Multi Grain Paratha with Spinach is one of the best option for breakfast.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First take blanched spinach and put in grinder jar add green chillies,ginger and garlic.grind it and make a fine paste.
* Step 2
In a mixing bowl take flour and add spinach puree.add cumin powder and mix well.if needed then add water.make a soft dough.
* Step 3
Make medium size balls from the dough.roll it like roti apply ghee then fold if from middle and give another fold like triangle.
* Step 4
Heat the tawa cook the paratha from one side flip it apply ghee and cook from both side till light brown. Serve with chilli pickle and curd.
