Cooking instructions

To make tomato paste take 3 medium size tomatoes and grind them in a mixer grinder. chopped the green chillies and coriander leaves. Take flour in a bowl add caram seeds, salt, red Chilli powder, turmeric powder mix well. then add chopped green chillies and tomato paste.

Mix all ingredients well with flour and knead it without adding water. then add 1 tsp oil and knead and make a semi-soft dough. Divide the dough into equal parts and make balls. take one ball. dust some flour on the kitchen counter or rolling board Roll it in a round shape. Heat a Tawa place the paratha on tawa cook for a minute from one side.

Flip it apply some oil and cooked from both sides very well. Enjoy it with ketchup or curd.
