cumin seeds

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and soaked moong dal in water for 15-20 minutes

In a pressure cooker add oil heat it.add cumin seeds when they crackled add soaked moong dal.add 2 cups water, black pepper powder and salt.mix it.cover and pressure cooked for 3 whistle.

* Step 3

Open the lid mash the dal with masher.adjust salt if required. Garnish with coriander leaves sprinkle little bit cumin powder and pepper powder. Serve hot.
