Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a heavy bottom pan or kadhai add milk and boil it on high flame. when a boil comes turn the flame low. Add saffron threads and condensed milk.mix well and cook on low too. medium flame for 10-15 minutes until it is reduced in half quantity and becomes thick. then turn off the flame and keep aside. Let's cool it then. keep in the fridge for 1/2 hour.

Take khoya in a bowl scramble it and add cardamom powder, chopped pistachios, and almonds mix all together. Take bread pieces cut all bread in a circle shape with the help of glass or katori. roll lightly all the bread slices on a rolling board. take some stuffing and put it in the middle of the bread. Apply water or milk on the edges then cover with another bread slice.

Press the edges with a fork. prepare all bread pieces likewise. In a serving dish place, these stuffed bread slices properly and pour the chilled milk over it.

The delicious stuffed ras malai is ready. garnished with some chopped almonds and pistachios keep in the fridge for some time then Serve.
