Hyderabadi Street Style Bread omlette

This is a street style omelet which is quickly make with few ingredients and I make it more healthy by using multigrain bread instead of white bread
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, take bread slices and cut them into small pieces as shown in the picture.
* Step 2
In a bowl break two eggs. beat well add all spices in along with salt and add all chopped vegetables in it.mix well. add water and mix again.
* Step 3
Take a pan add oil heat it. pour the egg batter and move the pan that the egg batter spread evenly in the pan. turn the flame low. put bread pieces on the batter evenly. pres lightly with spatula to firm it. sprinkle little coriander leaves and grated carrot. cook on low flame for two minutes.
* Step 4
Now flip it very carefully and cook from another side for 2 minutes. transfer in a plate. cut into pieces and serve with ketchup.
