Vegetables Poha balls

#rain21 The poha balls are made with the combination of poha and veggies and regular spices but the main speciality is this snacks is that it is not deep fried.these balls are cook in appe pan with very little oil.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First wash the poha and soaked into water for 20-25 minutes.meanwhile chopped the capsicum,onion,green chilies and carrot very fine.mashed the potato. After 20 minutes drain the water and mashed the poha very nicely.

* Step 2

Take a pan add 2 tsp oil heat it.add onion saute for two minutes then add chopped green chilies,carrot and capsicum.saute on high flame for 2-3 minutes.turn off the flame.let it cool down.

* Step 3

Take mashed poha in a mixing bowl add mashed potato and veggies.add all powder spices and coriander leaves.mix well.greas your hand and make small balls from the mixture.

* Step 4

Take appe pan and grease with oil.put poha balls in each block.cover and cooked on medium flame for 3-4 minutes then flip it and cooked for 2-3 minutes on low flame.serve these balls with tomato ketchup.
