Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First wash moong dal and chana soaked it in water for 7-8 hours or overnight.then strain the water and tight in a muslin clothes and keep them in a dark and warm place for at least 20 hours.after that they sprouted well.

* Step 2

Chopped the onion, tomatoes,cucumber, green chillies and mint leaves.

* Step 3

Now take a mixing bowl add sprouts, add all chopped vegetables and the above spices. mix well together.the healthy sprouts chat is ready
