Mint peas Pulao

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash the rice and soaked into water for half hour.

* Step 2

In a wok add oil heat it then add cumin seeds and all whole spices saute they become aromatic then add slices of onion.saute untill it becomes light brown then add ginger garlic paste and saute one minute. Now add green chillies, green peas and 1/2 tsp salt mix well add little water.cover and cooked for five minutes on medium flame.

* Step 3

Open the lid add rice and 1.5 tsp salt,add 1.5 cup water and mix lightly. Cover and cook on high flame for a boil.then add mint leaves and turn the flame medium. Cover and cooked for ten minutes or untill the rice will cooked completely.

* Step 4

Serve with raita or any curry.
