Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First wash and soaked the rice into water for half hour.

* Step 2

In a wok add oil heat it then add whole spice saute few seconds then add onion and saute when onion turns light pink add ginger garlic paste and saute 1minute.then add chopped tomatoes,salt, turmeric powder,red chilli powder.mix well add,green chillies and green peas mix well and saute.add 1/4 cup water cover and cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.

* Step 3

Now strain the soaked rice and add the rice into prepare peas masala.mix very well.add water cover and cook on medium to low flame untill the rice cooked completely.serve with salad.
