Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a mixing bowl take refined flour and whole wheat flour add salt, mix well.add ghee mix well to make a crumbly texture then add some water,knead it for 4-5 minutes and make a soft dough. Cover and keep aside for 15 minutes.

* Step 2

Take a pan put 2tbsp oil and heat it.turn the flame medium then add crushed garlic,ginger and green chillies.saute for 1 minute then add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and chat masala.saute for 1minute then add mashed potatoes mix well and cook on medium flame for 3-4 minutes. Add chopped coriander and mix well.turn off the flame and keep aside.

* Step 3

Take the dough divided into five equal lemon size balls.dusting little flour on rolling board and roll it very thin roti like a sheet.

* Step 4

Preheat the microwave on 180° then put the roti on microwave tawa place it on high rack then bake the sheet on 180° for 1minute one side and then flip and bake again for one minute on other side.bake all the sheets like this.

* Step 5

Now take a sheet,apply very little sauce and put the potato mixture in one side then put some chopped cabbage and onion mixture and roll it.prepare all the rolls.

* Step 6

Then put the prepare Frankie rolls on tawa apply little milk or butter and baked them for 12 minutes on 180°.
