Garlic butter naan

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a mixing bowl add curd and oil mix well add maida, baking powder and soda then add salt and mix well. Now add little by little water and knead it. Make a soft dough. Cover and keep aside for two hours.
* Step 2
After two hours take the dough to knead 3-4 times to release the air then Make medium-sized balls from the dough.
Flatten slightly and sprinkle some flour on the dough as well as on the rolling board.
* Step 3
. Roll to a 6 or 7 inches elongated circle. Apply some butter and sprinkle chopped garlic and few coriander leaves. Roll again lightly.
* Step 4
Now bake on this naan on preheated oven at 200° for 6-8 minutes.
