Beef Tapa

TAPA is dried or cured beef, other meat like pork may be used. TAPA is best fried or grilled, often served with rice, fried egg and slices tomato.

Ingredient

soy sauce

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Combine in a container all ingredients. Stir well.

* Step 2

After mixing all the ingredients, place the beef meat in a container or ziplock bag.

* Step 3

Cover and refrigerate the marinade for a minimum of 12 hours or overnight.

* Step 4

Fry until brown.

* Step 5

Serve with sunny side eggs and plain rice or garlic fried rice.

* Step 6

Enjoy.
