This is a very simple pickle recipe with the least ingredients and has an awesome taste. This flat bean pickle is a delicacy from Bihar.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash flat beans, and remove midribs. Boil 1-liter water, add flat beans, and let them boil for 3 minutes.
* Step 2
Strain and let it dry in sunlight for 30 minutes or dry under the fan for 30-40 minutes.
* Step 4
Pour mustard oil over the bean. Put in a dry jar and keep in sunlight for 3 days.
* Step 5
After 3 days flat bean pickle is ready to be served.Serve with poori, and paratha as an accompaniment with meals.Enjoy.🙂
