Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a mixing bowl take all-purpose flour,add other ingredients.Crumble for 2-3minutes.Add water to form a semi soft dough.Cover and keep aside.
* Step 2
Now heat a pan,add oil.Add cumin seeds and asafoetida.Let cumin seeds crackle.Add ginger and garlic.Saut 30 seconds.
* Step 3
Add onion and gteen chillies.Fry till translucent.
* Step 4
Add boiled peas,salt and all spices.Mix and mash a little.
* Step 5
Add chickpea flour,saute 2 minutes on low flame till raw smell of chickpea flour is gone.
* Step 6
Put off flame,add chopped coriander leave.Let the stuffing cool.
* Step 7
Pinch out a ball size dough,roll/spread it.Fill 1 tbsp stuffing.Fold and seal the edges and make a kachodi.Prepare all like this.
* Step 8
Slightly heat oil,fry kachodis on low flame till golden.The time taken for frying 1 batch is about 13-15 minutes.
* Step 10
Serve hot with tari wale aloo.
