Oat-Apple Muffin

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Whisk together oil, sugar, and curd. Add vanilla essence.
* Step 2
Sieve All-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon powder. Add salt and rolled oats.
* Step 3
Mix flours to the oil-sugar mix in portions. Fold in gentle strokes.
* Step 4
Add apple chunks and add raisins also.
* Step 5
Arrange muffin cups into the muffin mold. Add 1 scoop each batter to the muffin cups.
* Step 6
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°c for 20 -25 minutes.
* Step 7
After 25 minutes take out, cool on a cooling rack.
