Aloo -mutton kofta

#ICF #post6 One of my comfort food. A speciality from Delhi cuisines.Here mutton kofta curry is cooked with potato and the spiced used give it a speciall aroma.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take minced mutton I a grinding jar,add all the ingredients of koftas.Grind for 1 minute to mix well.

* Step 2

Make koftas and keep aside.

* Step 3

Heat oil in a pan/wok.Add onion paste and cook for 2-3minutes till raw smell vanishes.Add ginger garlic paste.Saute for 2 minutes.

* Step 4

Add chopped tomatoes and salt.Add 1/2cup water and cook on low flame for 5-6minutes.

* Step 5

Now add all powdered spices except garam masala.Saute for 1-2minites.

* Step 6

Add curd and potatoes pieces.Stir.Add 1cup water and let porato cooked 80%

* Step 7

Now add mutton koftas to the gravy and further cook for 8-10 minutes on low -medium flame.

* Step 8

Add garam masala powder,adjust gravy as your desire.Garnish with coriander leaves.

* Step 9

Serve with hot chapat/parathe or boiled rice.
