Puri-bhaji is all time favourite of mine.This combo is very popular in North India ,and no one deny this blissful dish anymore.Have a look.
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Making pooris:Take wheat flour in a bowl,mix all the ingredients.Knead a semi soft dough by adding some water.
* Step 3
Making potato curry:Boil potatoes to 70%.peel and keep aside.
* Step 4
Heat a heavy bottomed kadahi/pan.Add oil.Let it warm.Add cumin seeds.When crackle,add chopped onion and dry red chillies.Fry till golden.
* Step 5
Add ginger -garlic paste,saute 2 mins.If required add some water.
* Step 6
Add tomato puri and 1/2cup water.Add salt also.Cover and cook on low flame for 4-5minutes.
* Step 7
After 5 minutes,add all spices exept kasuri methi and amchur powder.Saute few minutes,add potatoes,mashed roughly into big chunks.Give a good stir.
* Step 8
Add 3 cups(about 700ml)water.Let it boil.When boiled,simmer the flame.Cover and cook on low flame for 10-12minutes.
* Step 9
Add amchur powder.Adjust gravy which should be niether too watery nor too thick.Add kasuri methi.Cover.
* Step 10
Put off flame and leave for 5 minutes.
* Step 11
Meanwhile,make puris.Deep fry till golden.
* Step 12
Serve hot with potato curry.
