Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut chicken pieces into small cubes. Keep aside.
* Step 2
In a bowl take all-purpose flour. Mix salt, chili flakes, and Kasuri methi.
* Step 3
In another bowl, take an egg. Add milk and blend well.
* Step 4
Now add chicken pieces to the flour mix. Sieve through a strainer to remove excess flour.
* Step 5
Dip in the egg-milk mixture. Take out and coat again in the flour mix.
* Step 6
Again strain to remove the excess flour.
* Step 7
Deep fry in oil on medium flame till golden and crispy.
* Step 8
Serve with mayo-garlic dip.
