Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and soak both the lentils for 4 hours.
* Step 2
Drain and put in a blender. Add other ingredients too except soda bicarb. Blend for 1 minute.
* Step 3
Lentils are still rough. Add water little by little in batches and grind till lentils are smooth but thick inconsistency.
* Step 4
Take out in a bowl, add soda bicarb and mix well with hands. Blend for 5 minutes with hand.
* Step 5
Heat oil put vadas and fry on medium flame till golden brown.
* Step 6
Serve hot with rasam/sambhar/chutneies.
