Cabbage Rice

This a popular and simple recipe of Indo-Chinese origin.

Ingredient

Food ration :

2-3persons

Cooking time :

10 minutes
2 cups

boiled rice

1 medium sized

onion

1 tsp

vinegar

As per taste

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat a wok, add 1 tsp oil. Add both the eggs and stir frequently to make a scrambled look. Take out and keep aside.

* Step 2

In the same wok add the remaining oil, add chopped onion. Stir fry for 1 minute on high flame. Add shredded cabbage, salt, and chopped green chilies. Stir fry for few minutes.

* Step 3

Add boiled rice, fried egg, pepper powde,aur, and vinegar. Mix well.

* Step 4

Serve hot.
