Homemade green lentil sprouts

Lentil sprouts are very good for health.It is rich in vitamins ,thiamins,iron and phosphorous and more interestingly ,very low in saturated fats and calories.

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and soak lentils overnight.

* Step 2

Drain next day and wrap in a cotton cloth.Keep on an airy widow sill and where indirect sunlight is available.

* Step 3

Next day sprouts of lentils canbe seen.If you want more sprouts,leave for 1 more day.

* Step 4

Sprouts are ready to be served.
