Mawa Nariyal Ladoo
Coconut laddu is a popular sweet and loved by all age group people.
Ingredient
Food ration :
4 persons.
Cooking time :
20 minutes.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat ghee in a pan,add milk and boil.Lower the flame.
* Step 2
Add milk powder little by little and stir contineously.Cook for 5-8minutes.
* Step 3
Add dessicated coconut and mix well.Cook till mixture leave the pan.Take out.
* Step 4
Divide mixture into 2 equall parts.Add pink food colour to one and green food colour to another part.
* Step 5
Make laddus of both coloured parts.
* Step 6
Roll each ladoo in dry dessicated coconut.
