Millet seekh kebab

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 servings.

Cooking time :

25 minutes.
1/2 cup

wheat flou

1 tbsp

curd

1 tbsp

ghee

1 tbsp

lemon juice

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Dry roast both the flours on low flame for 5 minutes.Take out in a bowl.

* Step 2

Add all the ingredients mentioned above.Mix for 2-3minutes.Make a hard dough.Cover and leave for 10 minutes.

* Step 3

Divide the dough into 4 equal portions.Give sylindrical shape to each portion.

* Step 4

Pierce skewers into each cylinder,making seekh kebab.

* Step 5

Heat a non-stick pan.Arrange the skewers.Cover and cookon low flame for 20 minutes.Apply some ghee in between on kebabs.

* Step 6

Flip the skewers in between.Roast till golden brown.

* Step 7

Serve hot with chutney.
