Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat a pan.Add olive oil and chopped onion.Fry till golden.
* Step 2
Add chopped tomato and crushed ginger -garlic.
* Step 3
Saute for 2 minutes.Add salt and 1/2cup water.Cover and cook for 6-7minutes.
* Step 4
Now tomatoes are tender.Mash properly.Add oregano and chilli flakes.Mix.
* Step 5
Further cook for 1 minute on low flame.Add vinegar.
* Step 6
Put off flame.Tomatosalsa is ready to use for making pasta.
