Fruits in custard sauce

Ingredient

sugar

1/2 cup

orange juice

1/2 cup

black grapes

1/2 cup

green grapes

1/2 cup

apple slices

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut grapes into halves.Peel and cut apples into slices.

* Step 2

Heat milk in a pan.Boil.

* Step 3

Dissolve custard powder into 2 tbsp cold milk.Add to boiling milk.Stir continuously to avoid lumping.

* Step 4

Add sugar,cook for more 2 minutes.Remove from heat.

* Step 5

Take out in a bowl and keep in refrigerator to chill.

* Step 6

When chilled,add vanilla essence and lemon juice.Mix.

* Step 7

Add all sliced fruits.Mix Serve.
